HOORAY! Your package has arrived - BUT FIRST!...
Try everything on - JUST in case. We want you to love your gear, so this is super important!
We do our best to thoroughly quality check each and every item that is sent out. However, some things aren’t noticed until the product(s) is tried on.
With that being said, if you received a pre-damaged or defective item or we processed an order incorrectly - PLEASE KEEP THE TAGS ON. You have 3 days to contact us once you received your order to get a replacement or exchange it for a store credit, minus any administrative fees.
If you’re not super happy about your purchase because of the colour or pattern you chose, DO NOT REMOVE THE TAGS! Please fill out the return form (below) so we can touch based with you. We will provide you with a store credit (-20% restocking fee) so you can choose your replacement pair.
Unfortunately, if you wore the item, no longer want them, or removed all the tags, we will be unable to offer a return/exchange or store credit. However, please feel to give us a shout and if there is anything we can do to help, we will try our best to accommodate!
Please note: there are no refunds – no exceptions! Any returned / defective items will be replaced or exchanged for a store credit for use on the website if the item is sent back to us within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for all non-defective products.
VERY important!!,
- We will ONLY accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached, and you MUST have proof of purchase with original receipt.
- We WILL accept returns for items that are a manufacturer’s defect - with OR without tags.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.
- We do not provide refunds or store credit for price difference on items purchased before or after sale periods. For example, if you had placed an order for a regular priced item and the item is placed on sale, we do not provide refunds or store credit for the price difference.
