Sizing Tips

Average length x waist x inseam will be influenced by weight and height.
Adult size leggings come in 4 sizes and fit most individuals sized 00 - 5X. If you are in-between sizes, size down for a compressed fit and size up for a relaxed fit.
Kids leggings come in 2 sizes to fit most. Tweens that have outgrown our Kids L to XL may like the adult Petite size.
If you’re on the cusp of a size and would like more rise in the waist or length in the leg, we suggest going up a size.
Inseam measurements are relaxed. The stretch will add about 6” for kids and 10” for adults.
